would be fun to look back at ‘cover art’
on our membership booklets. Starting at 1959, you can
see how the art evolved over the years. Enjoy the
selection of ‘old’ covers, below.
Skimming through some of
the booklets, it was interesting to see what demonstrations
were held in the past....travel slides by members, movie
"Life & Work of Grandma Moses", enameling on copper,
religious art and puppeteers! to name just a few. The
first booklet in 1959 had 40 members. In the 1965
booklet, membership dues were $6.00 for single and $10.00
for joint. Can anyone remember that?
